Does your Air Conditioning not feel as cold as it used to?

Even a well maintained vehicle's Air Conditioning system will lose some gas with time, causing a loss in performance. This can be as much as 10% each year. It is recommended the Air Conditioning is serviced every 2 years to ensure optimum cooling performance. 

Our Air Conditioning service will include a visual inspection, function test, and any remaining gas is removed and measured. The system is then vacuumed to remove moisture and test for otherwise undetectable leaks.

The system is then re-gassed with a full charge of refrigerant, restoring the Air Conditioning system's cooling performance.

Does your Air Conditioning smell?

Over time bacteria and fungal microbes can build up in the Air Conditioning system, this will produce unpleasant smells from the car's Air Conditioning and heating system and can even cause illness.

Our ultrasonic anti-bacterial treatment creates a very fine mist, with particles smaller than 5 microns, which ensures our treatment effectively eliminates the odours caused by bacteria and microbe build up and makes the air you breathe much healthier.

 At Pinnacle we tested various methods of applying anti-bac before choosing this ultrasonic treatment. We find it is far more effective than other treatments available on the market. The ultra fine mist generated by our machine allows the treatment to access all areas of the Air Conditioning and ventilation system in the cabin. Some other treatment processes, where often a simple aerosol bomb is used, spraying large droplets into the car that do not penetrate all of the system, can clog pollen filters and are rarely effective at eliminating the bacteria odour.
